Supervision and Business Coaching with Lindsay
I've been a Registered Dietitian and nutrition practice owner for seven years now. Along the way, I've learned so much about myself, running a business, and eating disorders work- and I know I still have so much room to grow! There are many hard situations I have been able to navigate thanks to trusted conversations with mentors and colleagues. One-on-one supervision has been a huge part of my own development as a dietitian.
Now, it's something I provide to the clinicians here at New Paths Nutrition on a regular basis, as well as to other dietitians across the country. One of the best parts of my job is supporting other clinicians and having a front row seat to their growth.

I know that being a practice owner and eating disorder dietitian can feel isolating at times. It's so wonderful to work for yourself, but it can be lonely at times, too! Having a space to think out loud, ask questions, and receive feedback can be so helpful. We need community with others who get it in order to continue showing up and doing the important work of creating space for others to heal.
If you need a trusted ear to brainstorm what's next for you or to talk through a sticky situation, I'm here for you. In supervision and business coaching, we can talk about anything that is on your mind as a dietitian and/or business owner. My niche is eating disorder care, and I have 7 years of experience at the PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of care which allows me to give knowledgeable feedback on a variety of client presentations. I also bring the perspective and experience of owning and running a group practice.
