Big News: New Paths Nutrition is Expanding to Lake Norman!

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news with you — New Paths Nutrition is expanding! We’re opening a second location in Lake Norman this July, and we can’t wait to start serving this wonderful community.

Why Lake Norman?

In 2022, I moved to the Lake Norman area with my family, and we quickly fell in love with the community, the people, the slower pace of life, and of course, the lake!

The green space and lake view at our new office make it such a peaceful spot— I can definitely see myself eating lunch out there, doing walk-and-talk sessions, or even doing food exposures with clients while we sit by the lake.

I’ve had the privilege of meeting other amazing providers offering mental health and eating disorder support in the Lake Norman area, and I’m so excited to be a part of this community.

What Does This Mean for Charlotte Clients?

Don’t worry — we’re not leaving our Charlotte location! Our office in Charlotte will remain open, and we’ll still be here to support our clients in the city. This expansion is simply about making our services more accessible and continuing to grow our practice in a way that aligns with our mission of offering compassionate care for those navigating eating disorders and disordered eating.

The New Space

We're so excited about our new space. The offices are spacious yet cozy, and the suite is just a 2-minute walk from the lake. We will be making some updates to truly reflect the welcoming, warm atmosphere we’re known for. There's even a small kitchenette, and if you know me, you know I'm already dreaming about setting up a cute little coffee station!

We'll officially open our Lake Norman location this July, and we can't wait to welcome you there!
